Administrators Moses Ludel Posted June 9, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 9, 2020 weasal4728...Check the voltage output at the MAP. (Use factory specs as a guide.) If voltage is correct, check out the Throttle Position Sensor function and TPS ground(s). These each tie to the MAP sensor plus the #16 pin (5-volt supply) at the ECU. Check ECU connections, vacuum hose routing and the ISA motor function. (Some mistake the ISA for an idle speed adjuster, and it is not! Search for "ISA" or "ISA motor" here at the forums search box, we have covered this extensively.) The ECU could be defective if everything else checks okay.
