    Hello I have a 1988 e150 van I've owned it for about 3 months so don't know much about it it's a 351 v8 5.8 , 3 spd auto with over drive. The van has always seemed pretty sluggish to me then again the have only goes to 85 but recently it has been randomly delaying shifting in all gears including reverse not constantly and more often when it's cold any ideas?
