[Geo transfer case]

I just bought a 1996 tracker 4x4. the transfer case and front drive shaft have been taken out. my tracker is a 5 speed manual with a 1.6 L 16 valve engine .  I can only find transfer cases for 3 speed and 4 speed automatic .  does anyone know if one of these will work? 

   also, looking for the driver side rear channel that the top and side window slide into .  Thank you in advance for any help with my questions .
