Weight, Height and Aerodynamics Determine Fuel Efficiency

Want to lose fuel efficiency with a Cummins diesel?  Raise the truck, remove the air dam, add a big (flat) bumper, toss a 150 pound winch in for good measure and make sure you put BIG tires on the truck that require a gearing change while increasing unsprung weight mass.  Who does this?  I did, it looks great...I'm pining for the one-time 25 mpg I got when the truck was stone stock, and I kept below 1700 rpm with no load all the way from Reno to Portland.
